At Harika Rao Studio, every product is meticulously made to order, and we take approximately 3-4 weeks to dispatch your order. Once your garment is crafted with care, we follow these timelines for delivery:

• Pan-India Deliveries: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3-4 working days, depending on your location.

• Local Deliveries (Hyderabad): For customers in Hyderabad, deliveries take 24-36 hours upon dispatch.

• International Shipping: International orders are delivered within 4-6 working days or more, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Please note the following important points:

• Delivery Delays: We do our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, but certain factors, such as shipping strikes or adverse weather conditions, may cause delays that are beyond our control and we do not hold responsibility for that. 

• Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery of your package. If you are unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempts, please contact the courier company directly to arrange an alternative delivery time or pickup from their facility.

• Non-Serviceable Areas: In some cases, our courier partners may not offer delivery services to certain remote or inaccessible areas. If your delivery address falls within such an area, we will contact you to make alternate arrangement

• Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
