Sizing Alterations: We create garments based on the size you select. If you find that the size you chose is not a perfect fit, we offer alterations starting at ₹500, with potential adjustments depending on the work required. To prevent sizing issues, we highly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide before placing your order.
Damaged Items: While we ensure the quality of every piece, in the rare event that you receive a damaged garment, we request you to record an unboxing video upon receiving your package. This helps streamline the return process. Returns will only be accepted for damaged items within 2 days of delivery, provided the video is submitted.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
